General Terms and Conditions

• Cashsplash Rebate promotion will run from 9th October 2023 (UTC 00:00:00) until 29th October 2023 (UTC 23:59:59).
• Players can only opt into one cashback promotion. If both are selected, prizes will be based on the first valid choice. For assistance with selection errors, contact our customer support during the CashSplash Rebate Period.
• There will be a total of 3 cashback cycles for the Cashsplash Rebate.
  ★ Cycle 1: 9th October 2023 (UTC 00:00:00) until 15th October 2023 (UTC 23:59:59).
  ★ Cycle 2: 16th October 2023 (UTC 00:00:00) until 22nd October 2023 (UTC 23:59:59).
  ★ Cycle 3: 23rd October 2023 (UTC 00:00:00) until 29th October 2023 (UTC 23:59:59).
• Players are only required to opt-in once to be eligible for all cycles and losses will only start contributing to cashback after opting in.
• Players are not allowed to change their opted in cashback rebate promotion. Once they are opted in, they will receive the chosen cashback rebate for the rest of the cycles. If you have opted in to the wrong cashback rebate, kindly reach out to our friendly customer support team.
• Players will receive up to 10% bonus cashback on the total losses during the promotion period.
  ★ Players will be eligible for a 3% cashback on losses, with a minimum requirement of $500 in losses and capped at a maximum of $3,499 in losses. Players will receive up to $100 in bonus cash.
  ★ Players will be eligible for a 5% cashback on losses, with a minimum requirement of $3,500 in losses and capped at a maximum of $6,999 in losses. Players will receive up to $300 in bonus cash.
  ★ Players will be eligible for a 7% cashback on losses, with a minimum requirement of $7,000 in losses and capped at a maximum of $9,999 in losses. Players will receive up to $600 in bonus cash.
  ★ Players will be eligible for a 10% cashback on losses, with a minimum requirement of $10,000 in losses and capped at a maximum of $25,000 in losses. Players will receive up to $2,500 in bonus cash.
• The maximum bet for bonus cash is $10. An additional 10x wagering will be added to the wagering and winning if the players bet higher than the maximum bet amount.
• Bonus cash playable on all Pokies except Jackpots.
• Bonus only valid for 7 days. Players need to utilise the no deposit bonus before it expires.
• Cashback is calculated based on the player’s net loss during the promotion period. Net loss calculated based on total bets – total wins.
• Losses will be reseted to “$0” when the cycle ends.
• Losses in real cash from All Games will contribute to the cashback promotion.
• The CashSplash Rebate will be awarded within 48 hours after the cycle ends.
• The promotion is open to invited players only.
• If we suspect the player is abusing one of our bonuses, or promotion, we reserve the right to withhold or seize any winnings gained as a result of fraudulent or otherwise unfair practices.
